Rachael Flug

Rachael Flug brings over 15 years of payroll and admin experience, supporting businesses with accuracy, organization, and consistency. She has managed payroll across a variety of platforms and pay structures, ensuring timely processing and compliance while maintaining attention to detail in every cycle.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Wisconsin–Stout, Double Minors in Human Resources and Quality Management, an Associate’s degree in Industrial Engineering, and has certifications in payroll, operations, hiring, and business process management.

Rachael has supported a diverse range of businesses, managing payroll, administrative workflows, and operational tasks. Whether coordinating payroll cycles, handling client communications, or supporting day-to-day operations, she has a proven track record of keeping processes running smoothly and efficiently.

In addition to payroll coordination, Rachael provides executive support by helping manage priorities, communication, and administrative systems. She is known for her reliability, organization, and proactive approach, making her a strong support system for both leadership teams and internal operations.

When she’s not working, Rachael enjoys spending time with her family, reading, being near the beach, and staying connected to nature and wellness practices.
